The total home cleaning price will depend on different factors such as home size, cleanliness of home, and type of home cleaning chosen. Please note that deep cleans are usually at least 2 hours longer than a basic cleaning. There is a minimum charge for cleaning services.
The house cleaning timeframe will depend on different factors such as the home size, if the appointment is a deep cleaning or basic cleaning, and how clean/decluttered the house is at time of appointment, etc.
Example 1: A 2300 SQ FT home, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms took about 3.5 hours on the initial clean and 2.5 hours for follow up cleanings.
Example 2: A 1500 SQ FT home, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms was 4.5 hours for the initial cleaning and 2-2.5 hours for the the follow up cleanings. For the initial they chose to add on some deep cleaning extras, which in this case was cleaning all of the blinds and baseboards.
Example 3: A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Initial with some deep cleaning extras (deep clean bathrooms and wipe down cabinets), was 5 hours for the initial cleaning and 3.5 hours for the follow up cleaning.
We accept credit cards via Square, Venmo, Zelle and cash. For any Square credit card payments there will be a processing fee added to the total cost. We do not accept checks at this time.
Payment is due upon completion of your service. If you fail to pay by the end of day your service was completed on, there may be additional fees for late payment.
We try out best to correctly estimate costs/timeframes, but they may vary depending on the factors listed above or factors outside of our control.
We love clean sheets, too! At this time though, we do not provide laundry services.
We sure do! Due to the fact we take short notice appointments, if you cancel while we are en route to your scheduled time the minimum $75 deposit will be non-refundable.

As we are not aware of where personal items belong (and so we can better focus on the cleaning), we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to our arrival. Please make sure to remove as much clutter as you can on countertops and tables, so we can get those areas as clean as possible.
Please make sure also to provide any necessary directions for where to park or any current issues with directions on Apple Maps/Google Maps.
If you will be at your home during the cleaning appointment, that's great-see you then and we will try our best to stay out of your way!
If you will be away for your appointment, please make sure we have instructions for getting into your home: key location, entry code, alarm code (if necessary). Please see cancellation/lockout on the Terms of Service link below for further information.

We can provide all products and supplies necessary, as most clients prefer at no extra charge. We do recommend if you are allergic to pet dander to supply your own vacuum, as our vacuums are used in pet and non-pet homes.
However, if there are any specific products or supplies you would like to provide for us to use, we would be more than happy to use those items!
We do not currently deep clean tile/grout. We will try our best to remove any mold/mildew/hardwater stains/films on areas such as the shower/countertops/on hardware/kitchen floors, but we may recommend you contact a professional tile/grout cleaner if we feel that the tile/grout may need a deeper cleaning.
Unfortunately with pets, it is almost impossible to get EVERY hair cleaned during our visit. There will be residual pet hair left due to settling after dusting, vacuuming and sweeping.

Dawn Powerwash, Barkeepers Friend Liquid, Mr. Clean Antibacterial Lemon Scent All Purpose Cleaner, Pledge, BioClean, Lysol Bathroom Foamer, Scrubbing Bubbles, Dawn, Vinegar, Weimanns Stainless Steel Cleaner, Mineral Oil, Sprayway Glass Cleaner, Up and Up Citrus Grove All Purpose Cleaner.
We do NOT use bleach.
