The total home cleaning cost will depend on different factors such as home size, cleanliness of home, and type of home cleaning chosen. See our checklist below to find out what is included for the basic cleaning, deep cleaning, move out cleaning and move in cleaning. Deep cleans are usually at least 2 hours longer than a basic cleaning. The first cleaning will always take the longest. We provide one time, twice a month and monthly residential cleanings. We also provide same day, housing and office cleanings, and vacation rental/airbnb cleanings.
-Weekly cleaning minimum: $160
-Twice a month/Every two weeks cleaning minimum: $165
-Monthly/Every four weeks (or if timeframe between cleaning is longer than two weeks) minimum: $175

HOME CLEANING OPTIONS
**Please note we do not do laundry/linens or dishes**
We also do not move large pieces of furniture such as couches, cabinets, fridge, oven, etc. We will not move very heavy items when dusting and any very delicate/fragile items we will not dust or move. If dishes are left in the sink, it will be an add on charge of $15.
A. BASIC CLEANING
Kitchen- countertops and all surfaces cleaned, sink cleaned, microwave cleaned inside and outside, outside of large appliances wiped down (stove/fridge), rugs shaken out
Bathrooms- showers/tubs cleaned and wiped down, toilets cleaned, countertops, sinks and mirrors cleaned, rugs shaken out, trash taken out
All floors/carpets will be vacuumed and/or swept and mopped
Bedrooms- nightstands/dressers dusted/wiped down and items straightened, rugs shaken out
Living/Dining/Family rooms - straighten pillows/cushions, tidy/dust/wipe down items on coffee tables and side tables, dust photos/items, clean mirrors, gently dust electronics (we will not adjust/move these items)
B. DEEP CLEANING
Includes all of the above, as well as: inside of oven, inside of fridge, inside of reachable windows/windowsills, dusting of baseboards, dusting of fans and light fixtures, dusting/floors inside of closets
If you wanted to add on blind cleaning, it will be $10 per set of blinds (please note I will clean wooden blinds or shutters, but not miniblinds that are plastic or metal). If you wanted to add on wipe down of the exterior cabinetry in kitchen/bathrooms, it will be an extra charge.
C. MOVE OUT CLEANING
Includes all of the above, as well as: all cabinets inside and outside, dusting and wiping of baseboards, blinds (please note I will clean wooden blinds or shutters, but not miniblinds that are plastic or metal). This cleaning is most chosen when the home is vacant/empty as we are only able to clean inside of cabinets then. We do not clean walls due to possibility of paint being ruined.
*Please note that we are not held responsible if a deposit is not given back to you post move out cleaning.
*ADD ON ITEMS*
